The Tale of Jeremy Fisher and The Tale of Tommy Tiptoes include Linden's designs 8 and 9, which were first used in December 1918. Design 6 was first used in July 1909 and design 7 was first used in July 1910. The pictorial endpapers suggest dates of circa 1910-1920, with those of all but two volumes corresponding to Linder's designs 6 and 7.
